Can I have it inspected first?

No problem! – It is in many cases, a highly recommended advice to proceed to an independent inspection – but certainly not a requirement to place your bid on a car. It is not in the seller’s interest to wilfully hide important information.

However, it certainly could be part of your conditions before taking the delivery of the vehicle. Certainly, before completing the transaction, you will make sure that it reflects truthfully what was written online and being part of the written offer agreement as well.

Take note - It is understood that if the conditions are not met as promised by the seller, the buyer will be under no obligation to purchase or sub-lease the vehicle as promised and his deposit will be reimbursed; unless both the seller and the buyer agrees mutually at that moment to settle any unforeseen problems so that both are satisfied.
