Terms & conditions (consumers)
1. MatchAutos.ca is not responsible for the information provided by the selling consumer.
2. MatchAutos.ca is not responsible for any additional cost in this ongoing transaction.
3. MatchAutos.ca is not responsible for hidden defects, inexact kilometre or other problems. Any false declaration will be the sole responsibility of the owner, or the lessee of the vehicle that is being advertised. The owner or the lessee of the vehicle also agrees to relieve MatchAutos.ca of any responsibility.
4. After approval, MatchAutos.ca will publish on his site, will receive all calls and analyse all offers and send these for your approval or refusal until it is sold for one hundred and ninety nine (199$) dollars. A login identification number will be given to the authorized user for each advertised vehicle.
5. At the completion of the transaction, the owner or the lessee of the vehicle agrees to pay a two percent honorary fee (2%) or a minimum of six hundred (600$) dollars, plus applicable taxes.
6. MatchAutos.ca will not be held responsible for any arrangements or other adjustments between the parties outside the original and signed written agreement.
7. MatchAutos.ca is strictly an agent between the parties. No other fee will be charged at the completion of the transaction except as specified at clause number 4 & 5.
8. We will in no circumstances divulge any information acquired from our users to anyone, unless a written authorization by you, the user.
9. MatchAutos.ca provides links to other websites. Information about members’ visits to these sites, such as number of times viewed (without your names, contact, or other personal information), is used to serve ads to you on this site.
10. . It is understood by the selling consumer, (the present owner or lessee of the vehicle) that all the information that HE has put on this site cannot serve or be held against MatchAutos.ca for any claims of false representation or even an error whatsoever.
11. Also, the buying consumer or the sub-lessee understands that no indemnity of any sort, could be claimed, or any judiciary procedures could result against MatchAutos.ca because of false representation or wrong information.
12. The consumer has diligently read all the information and accepts the terms and conditions.
